Join us for a truly unique and magical evening of SELF-WORK + SELF-HEALING!  Learn to move with your body & breath. Embrace your inner spirit in this Candlelit 40-Minute Sound Bath by Christina Ifurung from Kapwa Sound Bath, followed by a 30-minute all-levels Yin style yoga class in a peice of Denver History - the Lumber Baron Mansion's spacious third floor ballroom, that gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s.
