Kapwa is a word in the FIlipinx culture derived from a key term coined by the grandfather of Sikolohiyang Pilipino, Virgilio G. Enriquez . The term kapwa is derived from pakikipagkapwa which signifies a "shared self". It is the idea that when one person choses to heal, we can recognize that in another.  In turn understanding, the connectedness we all share of the One Divine Essence within and all around.

The crystal sound bowls emit resonant vibration so that when it collides with our bodies together they create constructive interference. Realigning you to harmony within and creating space and moments to surrender and receive. It's a gift of relaxation for conscious (and subconscious) elevation. If you feel called for a "slow down" this is your opportunity.

There is great respect to be given when we sit together in sacredness recognizing we all come from different walks of life, entering space from different experiences, but yet and still we find ourselves gathered in community.
