About the event

Breathing into Frequency is a sacred journey, an exploration of human potential using breath with a sound bath to follow, that opens the door to tapping into the body, mind and spirit.

To honor the two medicines, Erin and Christina will be guiding you through two separate parts of the ceremony that will give intentional practice to each medicine both Breath and Sound.

Erin will guide you in letting go of what no longer serves you to partake in a transformational experience with the power of your own breath. Conscious Connected Breathwork helps release emotional stress and find clarity in tough situations. After a session, people usually feel lighter, can breathe better, come back into their body feeling more grounded than when they first arrived.

After breathwork, there will be an integration period for each participant to reflect through journaling and share (if folks feel open to) what may have come up during their experience. One of the greatest forms of healing is in the power of vulnerability especially when shared with your community.

Once you have spent time in the integration period post breathwork medicine, Christina will move you into additional surrender of sound and stillness where you can continue your journey, if you choose. In order to be sensitive to ourselves, we must use our discernment in what we need and the sound bath will be an optional portion. We want to honor where you are in your practice and never want to misuse the therapies by over stimulating your spirit and nervous system.

If you want to would like to be in community and connection in breath and sound please join us this weekend.
