Aerial Slow Flow & Kapwa Sound Ceremony

Experience the weightlessness and support of the Aerial Yoga Sling while sound resonates around your whole body healing with not only the sound but the vibration too.  Christina Ifurung is an expert in sound therapy and skilfully interweaves crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, an ocean drum and a pala seed shaker to create powerful, vibrational sounds as well as light, melodic ones.  

Ally Beacom is a yoga & pilates mat teacher, somatic movement facilitator, dancer, & aerial instructor.  She will guide you in a practice using the Yoga Hammocks.  We will journey through numerous restorative poses from the head down to the toes then end by being cocooned by the comfort of the fabric while Christina plays a wide range of healing sounds and melodic tones.  This event will be open to ALL so don't worry if you've never done Aerial Yoga before or haven't been to a sound bath, this will be a wonderful and new way to experience both amazing practices for the body, mind and soul.
